Bread baked before
your morning commute
From our oven to your table — sourdough, pastries, and everyday grocer staples, made fresh daily in the Edgemere neighborhood.
Our Story
A neighborhood bakery that actually shows up every morning.
The Den started with a simple conviction: the best bread doesn't need a fancy address. It needs a good oven, patient hands, and a neighborhood that appreciates it.
We bake in small batches, using traditional fermentation and locally sourced flour. What you get is bread with character — crusty on the outside, tender on the inside, and still warm when you pull it from the bag. Alongside the bakery case, we carry a curated selection of pantry staples and everyday groceries, because the best meals start with the best ingredients.

What We Offer
From the oven and from the shelf
Everything we bake is done in-house, each morning. Our grocery case features staples we'd actually use at home — no gimmicks, just good food.
Artisan Breads
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal varieties — all 24-hour fermented, baked on stone, and cooled before wrapping.
Pastries & Sweets
Croissants, danishes, tarts, and cookies — flaky, buttery, and made from scratch. The coffee pairings are intentional.
Pantry & Groceries
Olive oil, specialty salts, coffee, pasta, and other everyday essentials — hand-picked for quality you can taste.
